Job summary

American Iron & Metal is seeking a Non-Ferrous Retail Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality and safety standards. You will support operational planning, coordinate workflow efficiencies, and collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes.

• Implement and enforce health and safety standards and policies
