Job summary

Conagra Brands in Russellville, AR is hiring for production positions with varied start times and an hourly rate of $18.70 plus a $0.10 shift differential for the 2nd shift. You will hand pack, operate a power jack, perform sanitation, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications include lifting 50 lbs+, ability to work in cold and hot conditions, background/drug screen, and standing 8+ hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more continuously.
• Must be able to work in 30 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Must be able to work in hot humid heat.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Must stand for 8 or more hours in a shift.

Responsibilities

• You will hand pack.
• You will perform general up-keep.
• You will complete rework of rejected material.
• You will fill case packer magazines, glue pots, and rethread tape.
• You will work with SAP/WIP.
• You will check work orders, recipes, ingredient inventory and code numbers.
• You will perform safety check on any equipment to be used in the daily operations and ensure that all other safety devices are functioning and turn-in check sheet.
• You will obtain pallets of ingredients from staging with a power jack using first in/first out process and transport to workstation.
• You will complete all other tasks assigned.
• You will operate a power jack.
• You will change film rolls.
• You will troubleshoot machinery and equipment to make minor adjustments and repairs.
• You will complete 5S activities.
• You will perform LOTO on production equipment.
• You will wear all PPE.
• Will read and follow directions.
• Will work in different areas of the plant
• Will perform sanitation tasks
