Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in the United States (NC) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive orders, record them in our inventory system, and help transfer them to field staff.

You will pull materials, stock and organize the warehouse, operate the tool crib, and deliver supplies between Greenville and Asheville warehouses. The role requires forklift operation, comfort with ladders, standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and strong time

Qualifications

• Forklift and material handling experience.
• Comfort with ladders or lifts for accessing storage areas.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during warehouse work.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds with proper technique.
• Basic computer skills to navigate inventory software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with others.
• Prior experience with electrical materials or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming orders and record them in the inventory spreadsheet.
• Pull and order materials for PMs and Foremen, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stock materials and orders in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate the tool crib and keep it organized for accessibility.
• Deliver materials to jobsites and transport between Greenville and Asheville warehouses.
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager to support operations and maintain facilities.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality in attendance.
• All other duties as assigned.
