Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America’s leading HVACR distributor, is seeking a motivated Material Handler/Driver in Charlotte, NC. You will receive, fill, and ship products, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate orders with timely delivery to customers and other store locations.

A valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and ability to plan routes are required; experience with RF scanners and ERP systems helps ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ years of truck driving experience or operator experience with warehouse equipment.
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and competently.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, fill, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Drive, route-sequence, and deliver to customers and store locations.
• Operate basic power equipment (forklift, pallet jack) and perform loading/unloading.
• Maintain safety, complete paperwork, and ensure proper labeling and inventory accuracy.
