Job summary

WOW Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse activities in Wisconsin Rapids. You will direct hourly staff, coordinate tasks, and report to the Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign hourly employees' daily tasks.
• Provide feedback to supervision about employee behaviors and performance.
• Participate in training of new or less experienced warehouse staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound inventory, cycle counts, and outbound shipping functions.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist office personnel and perform other duties as needed.
