Job summary

Border States in Green Bay, WI seeks a Warehouse Lead to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and delivery services. You will supervise, train, and coordinate a team while ensuring security and safe use of equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities include leading inventory processes, communicating with internal customers, and performing SAP-based tasks to optimize efficiency. CDL and forklift experience are a plus; apply to join our employee-owned team.

Qualifications

• 2-year business/trade degree or the equivalent in work experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in warehouse distribution and/or city desk operations.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates the flow of work and directs team members accordingly.
• Trains or cross-trains associates in safe and efficient operations.
• Maintains building/grounds security and ensures compliance with Border States and government standards.
• Operates and maintains warehouse equipment and vehicles safely, per policies and vendors.
• Executes SAP functions to ensure warehouse and delivery efficiency and accuracy.
• Performs duties of the Warehouse Associate as needed.
• Leads inventory control activities and communicates with internal customers about orders and deliveries.
