Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a Westlake division, is seeking a Lead Hand to join the team in the United States. You will support the Warehouse Superintendent and oversee order pulling, packing, receiving, inventory control, and shipping duties in a cost‑effective manner.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing or high‑volume manufacturing, experience with ERP systems (AX, JDE, SAP), forklift certification, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in warehousing or manufacturing for a high-volume multi-product manufacture.
• Experience as a Shipping Loader Operator or equivalent with safe loading procedures.
• Exposure to ERP systems requiring handheld picking.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders; review daily work for completion.
• Receive, count, and record stock; inspect items for defects.
• Manage returns and inventory control processes.
• Support ERP troubleshooting with handheld scanners and computers.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual inventories; ensure safety and quality standards.
