Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution services in the US. Shift includes 6am-4:30pm with pay at $21.00 per hour. Responsibilities cover receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control in a fast-paced distribution center.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of work experience. CSCP certification or equivalent is preferred; OT may be required. Training and safety compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of work experience.
• Experience with DC workflow and ability to work with minimal guidance; overtime and inventory counts.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English to compare product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Must be able to operate power equipment and comply with safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, stage orders, returns, shipping, and inventory control.
• Verify merchandise against shipment records; report discrepancies and defects.
• Stock shelves; use RF device to aid in picking or packing stock.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for shipment.
• Enter orders and returns into the computer system.
• Perform daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• May train new associates and assist in inventory procedures.
• May require hazmat training and operation of forklifts/reach trucks.
