Job summary

hapco is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, inventory control, and shipping operations in Minnesota. Responsibilities include handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records in CSI systems.

You will work under supervision and help train teammates in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong computer skills, prior experience in a warehouse setting, and the ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years lead experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, email, data entry and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials and prepare inventory records.
• Move finished goods to stocking locations and prepare shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment and loading/unloading.
• Maintain accurate records using CSI and inventory systems.
• Assist supervisor and train other team members.
• Ensure safety, quality and timely order processing.
