Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in supervision, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to safely operate powered equipment and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse experience with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• High degree of attention to prevent injury to self or others
• Significant inventory control and SKU management exposure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Experience with powered industrial trucks is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of all inbound shipments and report discrepancies
• Maintain shipping records including returns, damage, discrepancies
• Ensure safe handling of merchandise and maintain warehouse organization
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and drivers
• Conduct safety checks on equipment and address maintenance needs
• Manage inventory counts and reconcile system vs physical counts
• Load outbound shipments and prepare equipment for charging
