Job summary

Rj Schinner Co in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking and shipping, and to lead by example on the floor. This hands-on role ensures accuracy and safety across the team.

You will work with the Operations Manager to resolve issues, maintain records and inventory, and drive efficient processes in a fast-paced environment. Typical schedule is M-F 6am-3:30pm, full-time.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous warehouse experience; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to safety.
• Ability to perform light to heavy physical tasks, up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking and shipping processes.
• Lead by example and coordinate with the Operations Manager on issues.
• Maintain accuracy of shipments and inventory counts.
• Ensure workplace safety and proper equipment operation.
