Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee the warehouse team, manage inbound/outbound processes, and ensure daily accuracy in receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.

This hands-on role collaborates with the Operations Manager to resolve issues and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of warehouse experience with some supervisory exposure, strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on safety and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse experience; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High attention to prevent injury to self or others.
• Significant inventory control and SKU management exposure.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of in-bound shipments and report discrepancies.
• Maintain shipping records including returns, damage, discrepancies.
• Lead by example in daily warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and drivers.
• Ensure safety procedures and equipment checks are followed.
