Job summary

WOW Logistics Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in Appleton, WI. You will coordinate hourly staff, ensure accurate inbound/outbound processes, and maintain safety standards on the floor and with equipment.

This leadership role requires strong organization, a proactive attitude, and the ability to train and mentor team members while reporting to the Shift Supervisor. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign hourly employee’s daily tasks.
• Provide feedback to supervision to develop attitude, work ethic, and skills.
• Participate in training of new warehouse staff and report progress.
• Ensure timely receipt of inbound inventory, cycle counts, and outbound shipping.
• Report damage to racks and equipment; operate material handling equipment safely.
• Assist office personnel with driver check-in/out, inventory checks, and office duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
