Job summary

CJ Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role prefers someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving and improving processes.

The position offers a 5:00am–1:30pm schedule, a pay range of $22.69/hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures and policies.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team.
• Hands-on problem solver with a process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff.
• Train and mentor employees to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes.
• Assist in scheduling and planning to optimize labor and resources.
• Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts.
• Lead shifts and support day-to-day warehouse operations as needed.
