Job summary

Expeditors, a global logistics leader, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Orlando to ensure accurate inbound/outbound freight processing and stock control. You will lead the warehouse team, coach staff, and maintain inventory records while coordinating with internal departments.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6+ months of related experience, basic reading and math skills, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, count accurately and perform basic math.
• Must be able to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Forklift certification and safety awareness are required.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound freight accurately and timely.
• Maintain stock control for department teams.
• Assist with loading/unloading and receiving drivers.
• Ensure correct and timely OSD reports in the Expeditors system.
• Lead and coach warehouse staff and coordinate team huddles.
• Train new hires under Expeditors training scheme.
• Maintain inventory records and perform data entry for receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Uphold TSA and company security/compliance requirements.
