Job summary

Kenco Group in Lookout Valley, TN is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, handle daily tasks, and provide backup to supervisors. You will support shipping/receiving, inventory control, and equipment operation to keep the distribution flow efficient.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory readiness, and teamwork. You will conduct PIT/recertification training, perform inspections, and ensure quality paperwork and reporting align with company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience or training in a distribution environment.
• Must be licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers; conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Conduct performance, EIP, and maintenance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution; load, unload, and store materials.
