Job summary

Mach10 Solutions in Rockport, IN is seeking a permanent, full-time warehouse associate to oversee storeroom inventory, stage materials, and perform cycle counts.

You will operate heavy machinery up to 12,000 pounds, load and unload freight from trailers, and support site safety as a yard spotter. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required, with a strong focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal communication for spotting duties.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience operating heavy machinery in outdoor construction or storage yard environments.
• Familiarity with Telehandlers, All-Terrain forklifts, and cranes is desirable.
• Professional, punctual and team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory in storeroom with staging and cycle counting.
• Operate heavy machinery handling up to 12,000 pounds.
• Perform outdoor cycle counts, sort, and report damages to keep operations running smoothly.
• Load/unload freight from trailers and transport vehicles.
• Operate company trucks for local material transport (no overnight travel).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project goals.
• Provide yard spotter support to enhance site safety during equipment operations.
