Job summary

Mach10 Solutions in Tulsa, OK is seeking a permanent, full-time warehouse associate to support inventory and logistics operations. This role requires hands-on experience with heavy equipment and safe yard practices, with schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and occasional overtime.

You will count cycles, move materials up to 12,000 pounds, load/unload freight, and collaborate with vendors to meet project goals while maintaining a strong safety record and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience operating heavy machinery in outdoor environments.
• Desirable experience with telehandlers, all‑terrain forklifts and cranes.
• Punctual, safety‑conscious, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory with regular cycle counts and staging.
• Operate heavy equipment to move supplies up to 12,000 lbs.
• Maintain outdoor inventory areas and report damage.
• Load and unload freight from trailers and transport vehicles.
• Operate company trucks to move supplies between facilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Act as yard spotter to promote safety.
