Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to safely move heavy loads and keep production lines stocked. You will operate forklifts and other equipment to support fast-paced manufacturing across our Pennsylvania facility.

We value safety, reliability, and clear communication with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets and maintain materials flow. High school diploma or GED preferred; physical stamina required for lifting up to 50 lbs and repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including mounting/dismounting equipment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following SOPs.
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Navigate forklifts through high-traffic areas to transport raw materials to production stations.
• Perform lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials from elevated heights to optimize storage and retrieval.
• Conduct safety inspections on equipment and materials to ensure a hazard-free environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline material movement and meet daily production targets.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and positioning items up to 50 lbs.
• Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times.
