Job summary

Mach10 Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Yard Operator to manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and coordinate loading/unloading of freight while safely operating heavy equipment. You will work the first shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm) with overtime as needed, hold a GED or high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Current and valid driver’s license.
Strong verbal communication abilities to ensure tasks are executed accurately and safely.
Prior background in warehouse operations and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proven experience operating heavy machinery in outdoor construction or storage yard environments.
Familiarity with operating equipment like Telehandlers, All-Terrain forklifts, and cranes is highly desirable.
Demonstrate a commitment to punctuality, safety, teamwork, and professional conduct.

Oversee utility material inventory through systematic cycle counts, organized staging, and general facility maintenance.
Utilize heavy JLG machinery to maneuver utility supplies weighing as much as 12,000 pounds.
Help maintain an orderly outdoor storage area by performing inventory counts, sorting materials, and documenting any damaged goods.
Handle the loading and unloading of freight from trailers and trucks.
Transport supplies to nearby yards using company pickup trucks or flatbeds, with no requirements for overnight stays.
Collaborate effectively with internal team members and external vendors to ensure project completion.
Serve as a yard spotter to enhance safety during heavy equipment maneuvers.

Ability to work effectively in extreme heat or challenging weather conditions.
Comfort in maneuvering long or irregularly shaped items using heavy machinery.
