Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a warehouse associate to oversee the receiving and distribution of raw materials at the on-site facility in North Carolina. The role requires handling shipments, coordinating warehouse staff, and ensuring accurate inventories in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include offloading and loading trucks, rotating stock, and maintaining paperwork while adhering to GMP and safety standards. A reliable attendance record is essential for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehousing experience is required.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Basic PC skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inventories products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers.
• Assists warehouse employees in loading trucks as needed.
• Assists in offloading trucks with fresh products.
• Schedules work assignments for warehouse employees.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Rotates products according to company guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
