Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training preferred.
2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in food manufacturing
1+ year of leadership or team lead experience preferred
Forklift experience required; certification preferred

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and support warehouse operations.
Inventory & Material Flow: Oversee receiving, storage, and movement of materials and ensure accuracy.
Shipping & Receiving Oversight: Oversee loading/unloading and maintain records.
Warehouse Operations & Compliance: Enforce GMP, HACCP, sanitation and safety standards.
Performance, Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with production, quality, and procurement teams.
