Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide daily warehouse operations and support field and merchandising teams. You will build Fulfillment Orders, prepare inventory for kiosk replenishment, and manage returns with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will step in for the Warehouse Manager during PTO or absences, ensuring continuity of operations and supporting field Merchandisers when needed. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Build Fulfillment Orders (FOs) and prepare inventory for daily kiosk replenishment.
• Pick products for the next day’s kiosk replenishment.
• Receive and process returns from Field Merchandisers at the end of the day.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with end of day warehouse procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed before leaving.
• Validate returns and document in Odoo.
• Back up for the Warehouse Manager during PTO or absences, ensuring operations continue smoothly.
• Support monthly warehouse audits.
• Provide field support by covering for Field Merchandisers in PTO/callouts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs.
