Job summary

Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee a segment of the warehouse on a shift. You will coordinate a team that receives, stores, and distributes products, ensuring safety and accuracy in replenishment and order picking.

The role requires experience in warehouse environments, ability to operate stand-up forklifts and related gear, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Understanding of warehouse distribution procedures.
• Ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to multitask, plan, and forecast production needs.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Willingness to rotate shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portion of the warehouse on a shift and coordinate a team.
• Safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products.
• Train new employees and organize warehouse clerks for efficiency.
• Replenish pick slots and unload trailers from delivery routes.
• Receive product using RF scanners and ensure readiness of pick areas.
• Assist order selection team and maintain clean, safe work areas.
