Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to guide others.
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and priorities.
• Assist team and keep teammates on task.
• Pick pallets and cases, build pallets, load onto conveyors.
• Operate pallet jacks, walkies, reach trucks, transloaders, forklifts.
• Use WMS and RF scanners to complete tasks.
• Support productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Suggest process improvements to leadership.
• Provide guidance to team without direct supervisory responsibility.
• Take on additional responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly.
