RealTruck seeks an Operational Team Lead to guide a warehouse team toward achieving throughput, accuracy, and safety goals. You will partner with leadership on scheduling, implement clear work instructions, and mentor staff to maintain high quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing/distribution with some leadership, and 3–5 years preferred. Expect collaboration with purchasing, production scheduling, and shipping to keep inventory accurate.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and mentoring skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee scheduling and labor efficiency with leadership team
• Collaborate with area leads to cross-train employees
• Ensure accurate work instructions and knowledge transfer
• Maintain inventory accuracy with purchasing, production scheduler, and shipping
• Communicate maintenance issues and manage consumables
• Support and mentor team to uphold safety and quality standards
• Act as first point of contact for employee issues and resolutions
