Job summary

RXO is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to inspire the team, maintain accurate data, and manage inventory while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse in Kansas. You will lead by example, coach 2–5 associates, and coordinate daily workflow to maximize productivity.

Ideal candidates have 4 years in warehousing, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to multitask with excellent organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, monitor levels and perform merchandise reconciliation.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in equipment, procedures and housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee equipment usage and enforce safety procedures.
• Help resolve problems to maximize associate productivity.
