Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Edison, NJ to supervise daily warehouse activities and drive team productivity. You will mentor associates, ensure accurate data entry, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage inventory, coordinate shifts, monitor tools and supplies, and promote efficient work practices to achieve high performance. This role provides growth opportunities within our expanding logistics network.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work various shifts including days/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and housekeeping requirements; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to safety procedures and programs.
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity and correct substandard performance.
