Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Arlington, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to support the Operations Manager by leading a group of associates for In-Bound, Out-Bound, Picking and Put-Away, ensuring daily departmental goals are met with minimal supervision.

You will train and direct a team to achieve production goals and provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience, while controlling floor workflow, tracking productivity, and resolving issues with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Onsite role in Arlington, TX.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, Profiling, and Waving.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400.
• Able to multi-task and be detail-oriented in communications/documentation.

Responsibilities
