Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Arlington, TX is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Center Lead to support the Operations Manager in guiding a team across inbound, outbound, picking and put-away processes.

The role requires leadership experience, accuracy in handling documentation, and strong knowledge of warehouse systems. The position is onsite, full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00am to 1:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a leadership experience.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, Profiling, and Waving.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of associates for In-Bound, Out-Bound, Picking and Put-Away.
• Ensure daily departmental goals are met with minimal supervision.
• Train and direct a team to achieve production targets and timely delivery.
• Prioritize floor workload to meet deadlines.
• Track productivity and address issues to improve performance.
