Job summary

You will partner with Operations Managers to allocate resources and drive continuous improvements across the warehouse floor. The role requires leadership experience, strong Excel and Office skills, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year in a leadership role or supervisory experience.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be extremely detailed in communications.
• Must be able to perform basic math.
• Ability to take initiative with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of associates to meet daily departmental goals.
• Train and guide associates to achieve production targets.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to allocate resources as needed.
• Monitor productivity and address issues to improve performance.
• Promote safety awareness and uphold safety culture.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
