Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safe handling, and support supervisors in task management. The role involves transporting products, recording activity, and maintaining quality standards in a busy facility.

The position emphasizes teamwork, forklift operation, and adherence to safety policies. Candidates should be capable of lifting, driving a forklift, and maintaining accurate inventory with the WMS system.

Qualifications

• Six months related experience or a satisfactory combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license through Warren Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily responsibilities of team members to ensure shipping/receiving needs are met.
• Prepare and distribute assignments to team members.
• Safely use powered industrial trucks and other machinery to efficiently transport materials and products.
• Use the warehouse management system (WMS) to accurately record movement of materials and products.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers, shelves, racks, and pallets.
