Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics, especially handling fragile materials, is a plus.
• Ability to operate or learn forklift and warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of automotive glass and related materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure glass products are defect-free and meet standards.
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems and participate in cycle counts.
• Follow safety procedures to minimize damage and ensure workplace safety.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and secure products.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized and store materials properly.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to ensure efficient operations.
