Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking a Warehouse Employee to handle, store, and distribute automotive glass products in a safe, fast-paced environment. You will receive shipments, organize inventory, fulfill orders, and maintain quality control to prevent damage to fragile items.

The role requires attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to operate or learn forklifts and warehouse equipment. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate or learn forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow established procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of automotive glass and related materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and participate in cycle counts.
• Follow safety procedures to minimize damage and ensure workplace safety.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and securing products.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized and store materials properly.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers.
