Job summary

PGW Auto Glass Warehouse is seeking a diligent warehouse associate to handle automotive glass products, receive shipments, organize inventory, and fulfill orders.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate records in WMS while following safety protocols. This role demands attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics, handling fragile materials a plus.
• Ability to operate or learn forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of automotive glass and related materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure glass products are free from defects and meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and participate in cycle counts.
• Follow proper handling and safety procedures to minimize product damage and ensure workplace safety.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and properly storing materials.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to ensure efficient operations.
