Job summary

Lineage in Burien, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to plan and direct warehouse work, ensuring safety, quality and productivity. You will coordinate with Operations Leadership to meet service standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include inspections, equipment handling, and reporting discrepancies, while coaching teammates and communicating with Traffic and Customer Service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Able to work in temperatures from -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius with PPE.
• Flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading, forklift operation, and product relocation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
