Job summary

Lineage in Jessup, MD is seeking a warehouse team member to lead daily operations and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards. Open to 1st shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) or 2nd shift; final placement will be decided during interview, with overtime opportunities.

You will plan and direct warehouse work, inspect shipments, coordinate with Traffic and Customer Service, and coach associates to meet Lineage’s service expectations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Comfortable working in cold and hot storage areas.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Able to work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse tasks including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and inbound/outbound trailers.
• Check shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
