Position Summary

Lead and coach warehouse team members to safely, accurately, and efficiently select, replenish, receive, and load products for customer orders. Motivate and engage the team to meet Key Performance Indicators (Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost).

What you’ll do

• Assist in the produce department with quality checks, issue reporting, repacking, inventory maintenance, and compliance with QA standards.
• Engage team members to achieve performance goals, support policies, and develop associates through coaching and training.
• Identify and resolve safety hazards; maintain warehouse condition and equipment.
• Support process improvements to reduce damages and enhance inventory accuracy.
• Lead initiatives to meet KPIs related to safety, quality, service, and cost.

About you

• Experience in engaging teams and delivering results in a warehouse setting.
• Leadership, motivation, and managerial skills.
• Knowledge of SOPs, inventory control, replenishment, and shipping operations.
• Strong data analysis, communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to learn computer systems and develop as a leader.
