Pay

$42,500 - $68,500 depending on experience.

Shift

Wednesday - Saturday, from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Responsibilities

As an Area Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager and manage all sort activities within an assigned area, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• GED/Diploma required; BA/BS preferred
• At least 2 years of industry experience with 1 year of leadership experience
• Ability to analyze data and present findings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating employees
• Bilingual in Haitian / Creole is a plus
