Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Lead Warehouse Associate. You will oversee warehouse operations, coach junior associates, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products. This role may involve yard work and requires handling items up to 50 pounds.

The position supports safety-first practices and is part of a growing, well-established distribution network serving professional contractors across North America.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

A Warehouse Associate at White Cap...
