Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Supervisor in Salinas, CA. You’ll coach and train junior warehouse associates, manage performance goals, and ensure a safe working environment while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of warehouse leadership experience; forklift experience is preferred; able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Spanish language skills are a plus. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in warehouse leadership or area of responsibility.
• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper processes and procedures.
• Manages and ensures achievement of performance goals and company policies.
• Maintains a safe working environment, championing safety programs.
• Assists in warehouse duties as needed.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 60+ minutes.
• May act as a manager and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Generally has 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
