Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Mesa, AZ. You will lead warehouse operations, coach junior staff, and ensure safe handling of materials in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift operation, familiarity with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and 5–7 years of relevant experience. On-site work with potential yard duties and physical lifting are involved.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Coaches and trains junior warehouse staff as needed.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehousing or related area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper processes and procedures.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information in the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• General 5–7 years of experience in area of responsibility.
