Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Stevens Point, WI. Pay starts at $23 per hour. You will audit, assign and direct warehouse tasks to ensure service, quality, safety and productivity across all functions.

You will lead a team of warehouse associates, handle forklift operations, and perform daily equipment inspections while coordinating with Traffic and Customer Service to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in cold or hot storage conditions with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible work schedule and shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer checks.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
