Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate in Stevens Point, WI to compile and maintain inventory records and manage data for ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping products. The role involves cycle counting, claims management, and administrative duties within the facility.

You will handle stock verification, discrepancy investigations, and assist in physical inventories while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the official language of the country or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F/-25°C to 100°F/37°C.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Locate products to verify correct IDs, conduct cycle counts regularly.
• Review shipping order data against catalogs and product lists for accuracy.
• Suggest disposal of excess or damaged items.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards.
