Job summary

Sysco Guest Supply, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the Garland facility. You will determine daily workload in collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor and guide the team to meet objectives while maintaining strong relationships with management and staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating workloads, directing daily operations, and assisting with exceptions. The role requires 2-5 years of warehouse experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years warehouse experience with knowledge of receiving/shipping and inventory control.
• Proficient use of MS Office and related warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors to determine daily, weekly, monthly workload.
• Direct team and provide leadership to meet daily objectives.
• Unloading/loading, put away, receiving, and product selection duties.
• Train and assess new employees and re-train as necessary.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and processes are efficient.
