Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 3rd shift to oversee the warehouse team and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment. You will lead a small crew on Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:00am, and drive efficiency in daily operations.

This role requires 2 years in a warehouse setting, SAP/WMS experience, and strong coaching skills to develop staff while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes to maintain accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain proper documents.
• Maintain customer service excellence and enforce safety policies.
