Job summary

Nor-Am Cold Storage in Missouri is seeking a warehouse associate to lead a team and perform routine warehouse tasks in a cold environment.

You will handle case picking, pallet building, scanning, and pallet wrapping, and use equipment to load/unload trailers. The role requires ability to walk/stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds, with some overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Entry level candidates are welcome.
• 2 years of warehouse experience with forklift operation may qualify for a higher start rate.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a group of employees in a warehouse setting.
• Understand warehouse workflow and efficiently execute tasks.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Perform basic dock tasks such as scanning and wrapping pallets.
• Load and unload trailers using material handling equipment.
• Attend start and end of shift tasks including sweeping and cleaning.
• Some manual material handling may be required.
• Case picking and building pallets as required by customers.

Our warehouse is cold. You must be able to work in a wide range of temperatures from -20F to 80F. You must be able to walk or stand for the entire 8 hour shift and to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
