Job summary

Nor-Am Cold Storage in Le Mars, IA seeks motivated warehouse teammates to perform dock duties, palletization, and case picking in a cold environment. You'll operate material handling equipment to load/unload trailers and build pallets for customer orders.

This entry‑level friendly role welcomes applicants with 2–5 years warehouse experience; HS diploma preferred. Be prepared to lift up to 50 pounds, stand all shift, and work in temperatures from -20F to 80F.

Preferred Experience and Education

• Entry level candidates are welcome!
• 2 years of warehouse experience with forklift operation.
• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Our warehouse is cold. You must be able to work in a wide range of temperatures from -20F to 80F. You must be able to walk or stand for the entire 8 hour shift and to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
