Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to plan, assign, and direct daily operations within a designated area of the facility. You will oversee loading/unloading, forklift tasks, and product relocation while ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are met.

You will inspect equipment and inbound/outbound trailers, report issues, and coordinate with Traffic and Customer Service. This role requires flexibility, weekend work if needed, and adherence to company PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs; weight may be more depending on facility.
• Able to work in cold storage and dry storage environments with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading, unloading, forklift operation, and product relocation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service; provide coaching and feedback to associates.

Partner with Operations Leadership to make sure all functions of the warehouse are completed.
