Job summary

Job & Talent is seeking a Warehouse Lead for Keasbey to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure safety and quality. The role includes leading shifts (2nd shift, 4pm-12:30am) and collaborating with CSR and Operations Supervisor to plan shipping schedules and labor needs.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Excel. Stand Up Forklift experience and Synapse training are preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2 to 4 years of related experience or training.
Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Synapse training preferred.
Ability to read, interpret, and write simple instructions and reports.

Responsibilities

Lead and support warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow.
Prioritize tasks to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and overall team performance.
Train and coach employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
Assist with receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities.
